PeaceAtlas is a strategic and social impact management consultancy. We help organizations, companies, and leaders find peace by improving their positive impact on their employees, local communities, and global environments. Our mission is to help more companies understand and improve their positive impact on local and international progress.

We believe in the power of peace. As peace experts, advocates, and educators, we know the transformative impact of peace processes and methods on communities. We also know that all businesses have a social impact -- on their workforce, the communities they serve, and global environments. But many companies don't know their impact or how to control it. We help companies understand their impact then transform it to optimize peace in your workplace and communities your care about. 

We utilize and incorporate positive peace methods to develop bespoke services and solutions, which can include:

• facilitating workshops and trainings 
• assessing your businesses' current social impact
• leading strategy meetings 
• developing impact reports and policy recommendations
• creating socially-sensitive outreach campaigns and communications

PeaceAtlas is organized as a social purpose corporation governed by Chapter 23B.25 of the Revised Code of Washington. The social purpose of PeaceAtlas is to reduce and minimize the adverse impact of conflict and violence around the world. Social purpose corporations can pursue both social and financial goals in the for-profit context. We operate in a way meant to "promote positive short-term or long-term effects of, or minimize adverse short-term or long-term effects of, the corporation’s activities upon any or all of (1) the corporation’s employees, suppliers or customers; (2) the local, state, national or world community; or (3) the environment.”
